Death Takes a Holiday. A signed (inside front cover) hardback "working copy" of the playscript for DEATH TAKES A HOLIDAY by Alberto Casella - Rewritten for the American Stage by Walter Ferris (Samuel French, NY - 1930). Ted Shawn portrayed "Prince Sirki" in two stage productions of the play (The Icehouse Players production in Mount Dora, Florida in February 1952 and at The Berkshire Playhouse in Stockbridge, Massachusetts in June 1952). Signed (by the entire cast) programs for each production, clippings and production photographs (found in the book) are also included in the folder.
