Contains correspondence and other administrative records of Cora Miltimore who was appointed library director in 1918. Miltimore was the first professional librarian to hold the position; previous directors were selected from the faculty. Also includes correspondence of Acting Director Nelle Barmore. The files are very incomplete. Of note, are the records related to a survey of Florida's libraries conducted by the American Library Association, budget information for the mid-1930s, and records and minutes of the Library Committee. Arranged alphabetically by subject.
