This series contains correspondence, reports, and minutes of meetings related to Davis's tenures as Director of Biological Sciences and Director of Sponsored Research, as well as his work on various university committees. The latter include the Veterinary College Planning Committee, the National Science Foundation Development Grant Review Board, and records related to the Urolithiasis Specialized Center on Research and a proposal for a Florida Center of Nuclear Science and Industrial Development. Also included is a small selection of materials related to the Department of Animal Science. Administrative records related to his position as Director of Nuclear Sciences can be found in the Nuclear Sciences series of this collection. Files are arranged alphabetically.
