Biochemistry of Nutrition and Metabolism - General, 1959-1962
Scope and Contents
This series consists of data, reports, project proposals, and correspondence from the Nutrition Laboratory in the Department of Animal Science. It contains extensive material on animal material functions and the first studies of radioactive isotopes and trace element nutrition in large animals. Also well documented is work on soft-tissue calcification in cattle and the survival of pathogens in solid waste compost processes.
