Annual Report (1968), 1969

This series contains documents related to the IBP, which was established by the International Council of Scientific Unions in 1964 and ended in 1974. Davis served as a member of the U.S. National Committee (USNC), which oversaw American participation in the IBP, and was a member of the governing body of IBP, the Special Committee (SCIBP). He was Convener of the Use and Management of Biological Resources (UM) Section throughout its existence and Chair of the U.S. subcommittee related to that section. The series provides extensive documentation of the IBP and these sections and committees. Records include project reports, correspondence, project proposals, meeting minutes, and records related to the IBP's General Assemblies.
