Scope and Contents

The Biographical Files series includes biographies, several versions of Odum's curriculum vita, lists of his contributions and accomplishments, an oral history interview and miscellaneous materials related to his death and memorial. The series also includes papers pertaining to his education, such as grades, assignments, and other papers related to elementary and high school, the University of North Carolina, and Yale University. There also are files related to awards such as the Crafoord Prize and Institute de la Vie (Institute of Life) award.
