The Snedeker Collection of Florida stereoviews contains over 2,000 stereoscopic images from the late nineteenth and twentieth centuries. These images depict Florida fauna, flora, landscapes, architecture, waterways, and people, including African Americans.

Subject files, committee/organization files, and other records belonging to environmental activist Francine Robinson who was active in organizations like the Florida League of Conservation Voters (FLCV), Florida Watch Institute, Friends of the Earth (FOE), Coalition for Responsible Genetic Research (CRGR), Sierra Club, Tree Watch Inc., and others.

This collection contains audio cassette tapes and accompanying transcriptions of oral histories Floyd conducted with Mayport residents in the 1970s and 1980s.

A collection of research materials and original source materials collected and preserved by John T. Foster Jr. and Sarah Whitmer Foster, especially pertaining to their work on Reconstruction-era Florida and northeast Florida in the 19th century.

The Florida LGBTQ+ Collection contains newspapers, journals, newsletters, magazines, and other periodicals related to the LGBTQ+ community in Florida. It includes titles such as The Weekly News (TWN), which was the longest-running gay newspaper in Florida at the time of its final issue, and Mama Raga, a lesbian magazine published in Gainesville.
