Scope and Content
This small collection includes several conference papers (Modern Language Audio-Visual Consultation, 3rd and 4th, Wayne State University, 1957 and 1958, and International Reading Association, 1962, San Francisco) on reading and language instruction, several book reviews, and a copy of Walt Whitman's Leaves of Grass with Warfel's annotations and notes.

Biographical/Historical Note
Harry R. Warfel was Professor of English and a scholar on American literature. He came to the University of Florida in 1948.
