Biographical/Historical Note

Religion-in-Life Week was an annual lecture event sponsored by the University Religious Association (formerly the Student Religious Association) and the Department of Religion "to discuss the questions, problems, and challenges of religious and modern life." Each Religion-in-Life Week was organized around a particular theme and several speakers would be invited. Week events also included films, receptions, seminars, and dormitory student discussions. Religion-in-Life Week was apparently an outgrowth of Religious Emphasis Week.
