Scope and Content

Records of the University of Florida chapter of the honorary organization, Phi Beta Kappa, chartered in 1938. The collection includes the minutes for the first thirty years, the secretary's correspondence, the constitution, membership lists, and other records. Also included in the collection are records of the Phi Beta Kappa Association of Gainesville created in 1931 to further the establishment of the local chapter.
