Biographical/Historical Note
The Quality of Life Task Force at the University of Florida was appointed in December 1989 by Interim President Robert A. Bryan to review the status of African-American and Hispanic students at UF and suggest specific ways the University could enhance their success. The Task Force consisted of 8 faculty members and 8 student members. The Task Force submitted their final report to President John V. Lombardi in April 1990.
