Biographical/Historical Note
Bernadine Kevin Miguel Quammie (1934-2014) was a Registered Nurse. She was born in St. Vincent and The Grenadines. She was a member of the Kingstown Chorale Group, a group that was invited to participate in the inaugural Carifesta ’72 Festival. Bernadine Quammie is mentioned in two of the programs included in the collection.
