Scope and Contents

This journal is notable for the reason that it is not written in Vicker's handwriting and contains anecdotal and life stories of members of the community. They are first account narrations that vary from childhood stories, dreams, teachings, history of the Secoya, oral traditions. The stories are written down by the same person, but each story is referenced to the individual who narrated it.
